Mission

For nearly 70 years, the Family Drive-In Theater in Stephens City, Virginia, has been more than just a movie screen — it’s been a gathering place, a first date, a family tradition. It’s one of only six drive-ins left in Virginia, and the only one near Washington, D.C. Generations have grown up watching movies here, and we-a group of business owners and investors-hope that many more generations can as well.

The land is for sale. If a developer buys it, we could lose not just a theater, but a piece of our shared history — another piece of our history replaced by houses or another gas station.

We have a rare chance to save it. With your help, we can buy the land, keep the screen lit, and preserve this small-town treasure for generations to come. Let’s make sure the magic of movies under the stars never fades
